JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a motivated and autonomous Customer Technical Project Manager to strengthen our technical team.
Attached to Customer Service, you will be responsible for managing customer projects in order to carry them out, under the best conditions of cost, time and quality.
At the end of a training period, this position will include:
- study of technical solutions in conjunction with the R&D and production departments
- management of customer projects, coordination
- installation of our systems at customers' premises, production start-up, acceptance of installations
- customer training
- technical support for our customers
PROFILE DESCRIPTION
For this position, you justify an initial technical training at engineer level, and a successful experience in the field of customer project management (electronics, IT, automation). Mechanical skills are a plus.
You are autonomous, motivated, mobile (50% of the time traveling to customers' sites), creative, endowed with a good team spirit. Fluency in English is essential. German would be a plus.
